“Contact With…” Program
The “Contact With…” Program is a digital tool that optimizes contact between exhibiting wineries and both national and international buyers, fostering interaction between supply and demand before the event.
Through the “Contact With…” Program, exhibitors can access the list of FENAVIN buyers. They can request meetings, before the event, with those buyers who best match their products and business interests. Each exhibitor can confirm meetings by selecting the date, time, and location. An exhibitor may have up to 2 meetings scheduled at the same time (at their own stand and at the Meeting Point). In addition, exhibitors have access to a messaging system with buyers with whom they have scheduled meetings.
The time invested by both exhibitors and buyers will result in a truly effective business environment.
FENAVIN is not responsible for the level of interest shown by buyers or for their response.
FENAVIN is not responsible for missed meetings. Both exhibitors and buyers are advised to inform the organization of any absence, and repeated absences may result in exclusion from future editions of the program.
